Delivery in Uzbekistan is free and is carried out by FARGO delivery service within 48 hours. In Tashkent - during the day, with the minimum delivery time of 5 hours after the order is complete.

In order to exchange or return an item purchased online, firstly you need to return the product, then proceed to new checkout.
Purchase return is carried out within 14 days following the date of delivery. Customer need to provide the purchased product in its original condition with the original packaging and the product return form. We will refund the amount you paid after checking the product by representatives of Black Quail.
Only the buyer of the product can request a refund, since the money will be returned to the card that was used to make the payment. This process can take up to 30 days.
