In order to exchange or return an item purchased online, firstly you need to return the product, then proceed to new checkout.
Purchase return is carried out within 14 days following the date of delivery. We will refund the amount you paid after checking the product by representatives of Black Quail.
Only the buyer of the product can request a refund, since the money will be returned to the card that was used to make the payment. This process can take up to 30 days.
