Terms of delivery:

Delivery is carried out all over the world.

International delivery is carried out through the DHL postal service at the rates set by the service. You can read the terms of delivery of the DHL service at the link.

Delivery in Uzbekistan is free and is carried out by FARGO delivery service within 48 hours. In Tashkent – during the day, with the minimum delivery time of 5 hours after the order is complete.

Purchase return

Purchase return

In order to exchange or return an item purchased online, firstly you need to return the product, then proceed to new checkout.

Purchase return is carried out within 14 days following the date of delivery. Customer need to provide the purchased product in its original condition with the original packaging and the product return form. We will refund the amount you paid after checking the product by representatives of Black Quail.

Only the buyer of the product can request a refund, since the money will be returned to the card that was used to make the payment. This process can take up to 30 days.

Delivering cost on returning the product to the store will be covered by Black Quail.

Black Quail brand established in 2013. Inspiration came from the sound of quails living in Uzbek villages and from the founder’s love of British culture. This mixed interest gave birth to “Black Quail” brand that is based on art, beauty and rebellion.

Leather goods by Black Quail meet high quality standards. In product creation process we use high-quality accessories and different types of leather: vegetable tanned leather, aniline and semi-aniline, nappa leather.

Our mission is to complement you. We share courage and confidence through the leather goods. While creating designer products, we encourage freedom of expression and manifestation of your individuality.

The design of each product is developed by Pakhlavon Turdiev, the designer and owner of BLACK QUAIL brand.

Where are our products manufactured?

Products are manufactured in Uzbekistan.

What kind of leather do we use?

We manufacture products from high quality genuine leather. We use aniline, semi-aniline leather, as well as vegetable leather. Leather is specially produced for us by some of the best manufacturers in Europe.

What accessories are used on the products?

Accessories that we use on products are made in Italy, Turkey and Japan.

Product care

How can I care my leather good?

Leather goods require supportive care, without which the leather may fade, crack, deform.

We want you to enjoy products by Black Quail for years and share tips on how to use and store leather products:

– In order to avoid product deformation, do not put objects that do not match its dimensions in it

– Keep the leather good away from water, oil, dyestuff and liquids containing alcohol, acid, soda

– Avoid mechanical friction of the product and its contact with sharp objects

– Wet leather product should be dried at home temperature, without using any heating devices. Pre-fill the product with soft paper, so that it does not deform.

– We recommend you to use soft, slightly moistened cloth or special natural leather care products to clean the leather good from dirt and dust

– We recommend to store leather goods in a special case or box received while purchasing. Do not store them in air-tight plastic bags and cases

Defects do not include:

– Scuffs, caused by long-term use of a product

– Natural leather dents and stains that appear after a long time of usage

– Natural defects on the leather (for example, a cow was stung by wasps, then it scratched and the scars appeared on its skin)

Warranty

Is there any product warranty?

You get a 1-year warranty from the date of purchasing the product. During this period, we guarantee free repair or exchange of the product if some manufacturing defects were found on the leather good. Before replacing or repairing the product with a defect, representatives of Black Quail check whether it’s the company’s or the buyer’s fault. If customer has followed all the instructions for the care of leather product, we can exchange or repair it.

For repairing the product, you can contact our store or write to us via any communication channel to the number +998933932542. The consultants will hand the product over to the craftsmen and contact you when the product is restored.

Shall I pay to repair the product?

If the product was damaged due to manufacturing defects caused by the company, and the customer followed all the instructions for the care of the leather product, then repairing is free of charge. If the product is damaged due to other reasons, the cost is calculated individually, depending on the extent of product damage.

Can I order a product that is not readily available?

If the product you liked is not readily available, you can order it in our store, calling at +998951460900 or writing us via Telegram at +998933932542. With the help of consultants and master you can choose the color and texture of leather, which will be used for your leather good. The cost of the product in this case is doubled and the production time depends on the selected model.

Can I order the product by changing some details (size, extra pocket, etc.)?

Yes, by choosing a «Made-to-measure» service you can change an existing leather good by adding or removing some details. For your convenience, we organize a meeting with our master where you can discuss the details of the order. The price of new product is determined individually.

What is the “Personalized” service?
